- Our A/C unit was not blowing cold air. We called Scott the same day and he set up an appointment after his regular hours on a weekend. He came, troubleshot and fixed the problems with the A/C which included a frozen evaporator coil and not enough Freon in the system. Scott also found a small gas leak while he was fixing our A/C! He came back the following work day to address that issue as well. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and will take the time to explain and answer any questions or troubles you might have. He cares about the customer and is very professional. I highly recommend Reliably Accurate and Scott with any Heating/Air Condition/Natural Gas needs or issues.
