Scott was excellent. Our job turned out to be more complicated than anticipated and Scott figured it out and stayed til completion. He also took the time to educate me about HVAC which was extremely helpful. He gave an honest estimate of what would need to be done in the future without insisting that it all needed to be done "now". Also very polite and a nice guy. Definitely recommend him.
